Choreographer

Never one to shy away from opportunity, Jason relishes the practice he believes signifies an artist most - Creation. Spanning from critically evoking contemporary theatre, urban routines tailored for commercial competitions, to the equivocal terrains of conceptual and performance art, Jason's works are invariably imbued with a cathartic yet serene presence.

Due to his interdisciplinary interests, Jason does not render choreography as one that belongs remotely to dance artists and instead derives his inspirations from similar practices such as directing, composing and curating. To him, choreography isn't seen purely as the process of making and arranging art, but also an incessant journey of constructing and consolidating one's artistic identity.

This page cordially invites you to immerse yourself within Jason's creative labyrinth and engage in a critical discourse with the artist himself through his range of works and the mirroring of your own.
